Strategy

The strategy focused on turning a technical innovation into a market need. Emogg was positioned as a strategic decision-making tool, translating group emotion responses into actionable insight, in real time or post-event.  The brand framed Emotional Analytics as a business enabler (rigorous, ethical and non-invasive), delivered through a simple, accessible interface. 

The goal was to make emotional data understandable, credible and indispensable for event-driven industries such as MICE and healthcare.

Built on that structure, the identity unfolds with sensitivity and energy. Forms expand, contract and reorganise, creating compositions that suggest constant change and adaptation. 

The visual system mirrors emotional behaviour itself: never rigid, never predictable. Each application reinforces this sense of continuous transformation, turning emotional analysis into an active, living visual experience.

Design

The design focused on giving form to the intangible. We built a dynamic identity system that balances emotional sensitivity with scientific rigor, bringing clarity to complex emotional data without neutralising its intensity. Typography and colour structure information while setting tone, rhythm and readability. The result is a flexible, distinctive system that supports deep, evolving content and allows the brand to communicate with confidence across contexts.

The Challenge

Emogg was developing a technology that translates emotional response into real-time biometric data. The challenge was defining a clear brand and communicating its value to a B2B audience with confidence and credibility.
This required turning a complex system into a clear proposition, supported by a branding system activated across communication and the product dashboard itself.

A responsive typography.

Typography was conceived as a sensitive system that reacts to emotional intensity. Its range of weights is not a formal device, but a way to express how emotions rise, soften or shift. Words expand as emotion intensifies and refine as it becomes more subtle, creating a reading that is not only understood, but felt. Through rhythm, weight and presence, typography translates emotional variation into a living, dynamic visual language.

The website became the space where the brand expresses itself with the greatest clarity. A digital environment where the visual system, typography and motion work together to communicate emotion and precision at the same time. Its development was not only a design exercise, but also a technological one, shaping a coherent, fluid experience built to translate complex data into real understanding.

The platform was designed as the space where emotional responses become usable data. It supports both technical teams, who need to analyse and go deeper into the information, and clients, who require clarity and easy interpretation. The dashboard reorganises complex data into accessible, actionable visualisations, using a fully redesigned chart system that makes emotional analytics more human, readable and decision-oriented.
